We are seeking an experienced and personable Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of serving experience, a passion for hospitality, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus
- Must be available to work a combination of day and evening shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be at least 18 years old
