Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in oilfield pipe, steel coil, round bar, warehouse distribution, shipping, and receiving, and familiarity with various warehouse management systems. Responsibilities
- Manage the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and order fulfillment.
- Perform order picking and packing duties, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stocking shelves as needed.
- Use RF scanners for tracking inventory movement within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in shipping and receiving operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.
- Strong basic math skills for inventory management and order fulfillment tasks.
- Experience with packaging techniques to ensure products are shipped securely.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
