JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Shop Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading a team of energetic and hardworking crew members, ensuring the delivery of delicious, high-quality products to our vibrant local communities. Key responsibilities include managing staffing, financial performance, guest satisfaction, team morale, and ongoing staff development. The Shop Manager champions the JuiceLand brand and mission and reports directly to the Regional Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily food service operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards
- Supervise shift activities, model best practices in food prep, service, and cleanliness
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
- Monitor staffing levels and create schedules to meet operational needs and maintain service quality
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and set clear goals to support individual and team growth
- Oversee inventory, ordering, waste management, and food cost controls to support financial performance
- Implement company programs and policies by developing action plans and motivating the team toward operational goals
- Use tools such as CrunchTime, Trello, Google Drive, and financial reports to plan operations, manage communication, and drive performance improvements
- Handle all cash management duties, including closeouts, tips, and safe accountability
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and implement solutions for store success
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with guests, fulfilling the requests of guests and responsibility for addressing guest issues, questions and suggestions
- Minimum 1 year of related management experience
- Strong leadership, team building, and coaching abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Sound judgment and analytical skills to assess issues based on objectives, risks, and implications
- Proven ability to manage store operations independently and prioritize workload
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment

- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Constant standing/walking
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps.
- Constant computer/POS Register and equipment usage.
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.
- Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around shop
- Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication.
- Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas with the crew.
- Occasional Distinguishing, with a degree of accuracy, differences or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors and/or odors.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
