We are looking for a property manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing activities under the supervision of the District Manager and Director of Operations.
Properties are in the Selma & Smithfield, NC area.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Follow and adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Property management experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
