Pay: $21,000-26,000 (part-time) $25.00 per hour (contractor)

Who should apply:
We’re looking for a (primarily Social Media) Graphic Designer who’s obsessed with design and loves taking the creative reins on projects to deliver unparalleled websites. Our ideal candidate is a rockstar that is constantly pushing the status quo and enjoys learning something new every day. You will be working with funded start-ups, industry giants, and brands in between. With the work you’ll be doing, you’ll actually be able to see the impact that you’re making in an entire industry, not just designs, and lines of code. You should be highly organized and a strategic thinker that is hungry to impact our clients as much as we are. What you’ll do:
- Creative Direction: Utilizing cutting-edge design trends, you will be producing high-quality social media designs for our social media campaign.
- Portfolio Design: You will be creating the latest user-centered social media designs by understanding our business requirements, ideal customers, and their user experience expectations.
- Technology: While utilizing Adobe XD and/or Photoshop, you will be providing our clients with industry-leading social media posts that deliver the wow factor.
- Collaborate: Collaboration will be key when you’re working with the rest of the creative, development, and content teams to ensure all aspects of the website design and development process goes smoothly.
- Manage: You will be responsible for ensuring that you stay within set timelines and project budgets while making sure all requirements are met.
- Communication: Communication and feedback will be key for your growth when working with teammates along with clients.
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ social media experience or similar work experience
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD)
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Excellent eye for detail
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Having a go-getter and self-starter attitude
