- Schedule: 10 hours per week, mix of asynchronous/synchronous tasks for flexibility

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, script, film, and edit TikTok videos that align with KOTC’s brand and audience
- Research trending sounds, hashtags, and challenges to increase reach and engagement
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule with high-quality, platform-optimized content
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement rate, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns
- Experiment with different hooks, captions, and CTAs to maximize watch time and shares
- Stay informed on TikTok updates, features, and best practices
- Provide weekly reports and insights on content performance
Qualifications and Education:
- Strong creative skills with an eye for video composition, storytelling, and pacing
- Comfortable on camera and able to create engaging, personable content
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, editing tools, and platform features
- Strong communication and collaboration skills via Slack and Zoom
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, media, or related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Passionate about content creation and eager to learn in a startup environment
