Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to expand our online presence and build a strong community of health conscious individuals. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all social platforms. You’ll play a key role in growing our community, increasing engagement, and helping us stand out in the meal prep industry.
Job Description:
The Social Media and Content Manager will be a key part of our marketing team, responsible for the strategy and execution of our social media channels. You will lead content development, manage influencer and brand partnerships, and engage with our online community to drive brand awareness and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on creator, with a strong understanding of the meal prep industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support product launches.
- Content Creation: Lead the planning and execution of engaging content, including original text, product-focused photos, recipe videos, and graphics across platforms like Instagram.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a timely, friendly, and on-brand manner.
- Campaigns and Events: Plan and execute social media campaigns tied to new menu items, special promotions, and events.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers and creators to amplify our brand's reach and authenticity.
- Analytics: Track and report on key social media metrics (growth, engagement, reach), using insights to refine future content.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the meal prep industry.
- Market Research: Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with experience in the meal prep business or food and beverage industry.
- Excellent content creation skills, including food photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for visual composition.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and sales teams.
- A passion for food and building communities through storytelling, social media and digital content production.
