We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Stock Associate to help us maintain seamless store operations and deliver an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. In this role, you will be a vital part of our store team, ensuring our products are well-stocked, our backroom is organized, and our sales floor always looks its best.
Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks, utilizing forklifts when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes as needed.
- Operate cash registers for customer transactions when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stocking or inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace.
