Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Growth Partner to join our team. This role is crucial in budling meaningful relationships, driving growth, and shaping a thriving referral network.
As a strategic partner you will lead initiatives to expand and strengthen our referral community, host impactful events to connect with internal teams and healthcare specialists to deliver exceptional patient care. This role will combine strategic panning, marketing expertise, and a passion for growth in a role that contributes to the success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted partnerships with referring doctors and their teams, focusing on both new and existing relationships.
- Drive growth through structured daily, weekly, and quarterly plans, ensuring alignment with practice goals.
- Host educational events, such as study clubs and workshops, that add value to referring practices.
- Organize appreciation events to strengthen referral relationships and celebrate collaboration.
- Act as the practice ambassador, engaging directly with referring partners, healthcare specialists, and their teams to enhance mutual success.
- Lead community outreach efforts, creating impactful connections that position our practice as the top choice for referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of referral engagement strategies.
What you Bring:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to foster trust and collaboration.
- Experience in relationship management, marketing, or healthcare coordination (dental healthcare experience preferred).
