Responsibilities

- Handle chat accurately and responsibly, adhering to company policies.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve operational processes.
- Maintain organized office records and assist in administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles.
- Strong office skills including data entry and computer proficiency.

- Familiarity with sales processes is a plus.
