This position is a member of our North Central & West Texas Division.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Plan, direct, and monitor Air program activities to assure commitments are met in a timely manner with accurate and complete reports.
• Assign, distribute and oversee the work of investigators; Coordinate investigations and reports of complaints in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Conduct and oversee personnel management functions including interviewing, hiring, and developing team staff and managing performance plan and appraisals.
• Advise and provide feedback to the Air Section Manager regarding program activities and/or significant issues.
• Provide and/or assure outreach and technical assistance is provided to the general public, the regulated community, media and government officials.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience in the administration of a program relevant to assignment.

OR

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment.

Work Schedule

Standard business hours are M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Individual and work group schedule determined by the TCEQ Dallas Fort Worth Region Office.
