Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Overland Park Deer Creek Shopping Center team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to foster a positive work atmosphere, and have strong customer service, training, and cash handling skills.
$11/hr + Tips!
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for weekly inventories and training new staff.
Duties
- Assist with employee orientation and training to promote a knowledgeable workforce.
- Manage inventory stock levels and coordinate restocking efforts as needed.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and cash register management.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in team lead or training experience
- Efficient in cash handling
- Previous experience in inventory management preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain local food handling permits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
