Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to oversee daily Ready to Eat operations and guide a team towards achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of tasks, expectations, and company policies.
- Oversee employee orientation and training programs to develop new hires into productive team members.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in recruiting efforts by identifying potential candidates and participating in the interview process.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results within the grocery store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or grocery settings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
- Experience in sales, particularly wireless sales or related fields, is a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on team goals.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
