Position Overview: Team Lead TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead Technician to join our dedicated team and elevate the customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry expertise, a mechanical mindset for independent problem-solving, and a deep knowledge of our products and services. You'll provide expert technical guidance to customers, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.As a leader, you'll mentor junior technicians, manage workflows, and drive continuous improvement in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove and install cabinetry and hardware with precision and attention to detail
- Prep and protect customer property to maintain a clean and professional job site
- Prep, paint, and finish wood and wood composite cabinetry and accessories
- Operate and maintain HVLP and airless paint spraying equipment safely and effectively
- Manage time and resources to complete projects in the most efficient manner possible
- Lead team efforts in troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges independently
- Ensure all work aligns with safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven carpentry experience (Required), with a strong portfolio of hands-on work
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying (Preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and interact with customers
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
