Store Team Leader
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will also oversee staff scheduling, monitor inventory levels, and manage store supplies to ensure stock availability and smooth store functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee store supplies, monitor inventory, and reorder stock as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle escalations.
- Support the store’s operational and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
