Being an early team member at Grepr means tons of autonomy. You’ll own a big piece of our content, shaping how we communicate with users. Expect to wear many hats: writer, editor, content strategist, and more! Our team is filled with opinionated people who want to continuously improve.
We’re tackling a real need, backed by investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Boldstart Capital. We're looking for someone who can jump in and make a huge impact.
A couple of things: we need at least 2 years of experience in technical writing, and you’ll need to be in our San Francisco office at least three days a week. You'll need to have experience working on docs for an observability product.
The Role: Technical Writer
You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, tutorials, and other content that helps our users understand and love our product. Experience with writing for technical audiences is a must. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about the user experience.

Ownership and Accountability
You’ll own the end-to-end documentation experience. This means talking to users, listening to feedback, and figuring out what content we need next. You’ll have my and the engineering team’s full support. We all believe docs are extremely important.
