What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned region, targeting high-potential verticals.
- Manage long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Partner with technical teams to design customized solutions based on specific client challenges.
- Attend industry events, site visits, and trade shows to identify trends and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Forecast territory growth by analyzing performance data, market conditions, and client feedback.
- Deliver presentations and proposal reviews tailored to decision-makers and purchasing teams.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in territory or field sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—you know how to close deals and build loyalty.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) to manage pipelines and track performance.
