Job Overview: As the TikTok Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies tailored to our target audience. You will create, curate, and manage all TikTok content, driving brand awareness and customer engagement while showcasing our unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok strategy aligned with Circle House Coffee’s brand voice and goals.
- Create and edit engaging video content that highlights our products, events, and community involvement.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics to evaluate the success of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community around Circle House Coffee.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach on the platform.
- Organize and participate in live events or challenges to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional video editing skills and proficiency with editing software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceive original and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee and an understanding of the coffee culture is a plus.
