Associate Director, Finance
Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or a bachelor’s degree in appropriate areas of specialization and six years of experience.
Technical and Operational:
Oversee the administration and operations of the Bursar’s Office, including but not limited to:
- Tuition and fee assessment
- Student refunds
- Collections for past due accounts and loans
- General customer service
- Third-party billing
Customer Service:
- Creating and maintaining a customer-centric environment
Leadership:
- Lead high-performing teams located within the Bursar’s Office
- Create continuous improvement frameworks
Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement metrics to improve the quality and efficiency of the department
- Analyze and evaluate business processes in order to improve operational efficiencies
Strategic Direction:
- Develop and implement innovative departmental strategies
- Align strategic objectives with University's broader goals
Special Projects:
- Performs a variety of special projects as needed

Experience using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
Proven success in leading process improvement initiatives and technology implementations in a higher education setting
Extensive knowledge of both Federal and State regulations related to student accounts (Title IV, FERPA, etc.)
