Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the pre-owned vehicle purchase process
- Maintain expert knowledge of our used car inventory and vehicle features
- Structure and close deals that are both competitive and customer-friendly
- Assist customers with finance and insurance options, ensuring compliance with all lending and legal regulations
- Secure financing through our network of lenders and finalize loan terms
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales and finance transactions
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to hit monthly performance goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance management (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of used car market trends, pricing, and finance options
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of integrity
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
