Position: Veterinary Receptionist
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will build trust with both clients and staff by providing warm communication, reliable support, and knowledgeable service that reflects the values of quality veterinary medicine.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome & Connect – Greet clients with warmth, make them feel at home, and build lasting relationships.
- Share Knowledge – Offer basic pet care tips on wellness, vaccines, nutrition, and prevention.
- Support the Team – Schedule appointments, keep records up-to-date, and help visits run smoothly.
- Handle Payments – Process billing and receive payments with accuracy and a friendly touch.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of veterinary experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and phone skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed are essential.
- Location: In-person at our cozy, clean, well-equipped clinic.
