We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager I to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage a staff who process Lost Security, Lost Holder/Account Maintenance and Written Correspondence transactional support functions for bondholders/clients
- Knowledge of SEC Regulations and management of daily report is critical
- Acts as the team’s initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation
- Manages the daily transactional workflow within the team(s) and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks
- Prepares performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback to staff
- Knowledge of Transtar, workflow system, and collecting data for monthly metrics/KPD’s is helpful
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 4-5 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 0-1 years in management
- Fundamental understanding of Lost Securities, SEC Regulation X-17 Rule 240, Lost Holder, Account Maintenance and Check Replacement
- Understanding of daily reports and the essential steps to process lost security correspondence including SEC turnaround time
- Understand legal documents/requirements sufficient to process request associated with transactions within the scope of this department
- Knowledge of monthly reporting/metrics – KPD’s, Bankwide and audit
