The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the company President/CEO and the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be proficient in document composition, presentation creation and schedule management, with an ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position reports directly to the President/CEO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handles a wide variety of administrative and support tasks, implementing processes and systems to manage projects, information, and people effectively and efficiently in support of the CSG President/CEO and its Vice Presidents and Directors.
- Coordinates meeting and event schedules, including managing travel arrangements and logistics for the President/CEO, CSG senior leadership and guests.
- Designs and produces complex documents, prepares information for meetings; composes correspondence; distributes announcements and other notifications as required.
- Research and compile information for used in preparing reports and presentations.
- Establishes positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Uses discretion, judgement, and organizational knowledge to facilitate executives’ activities and maintain confidentiality.
- May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.
- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of five (5) years’ supporting similar primary responsibilities meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to learn from experiences.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with advanced problem-solving skills and strong work ethic/ownership mindset.
- Available outside of traditional work hours (8 AM – 5PM Central) for meetings and special events held throughout the year.
- Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams) and comfortable with technology.
