CINQCARE

Washington, District of Columbia
Full time

Why Join CINQCARE?

CINQCARE is a provider-led, community-based health and care partner dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those who need care the most, with a deep commitment to high-needs, urban and rural communities. Our local physicians, nurses, and caregivers work together to serve people and the communities they live in, beyond just treating symptoms. We remove barriers by delivering personalized care as close to home as possible, often in-home, because we know a deep understanding of our patient’s race, culture, and environment is critical to delivering improved health outcomes. By empowering patients, providers, and caregivers with the support they need, we strive to make health and care a reality—not a burden—every single day. Join us in creating a better way to care.

Position Overview

CINQCARE is redefining how health and care are delivered—starting where trust begins: the community. We are seeking a Vice President, Community Strategy and Engagement to lead and scale a culturally rooted, trust-based field engagement model across our highest-need markets. You will oversee regional Community Engagement Managers, build infrastructure to train and support field teams, and activate partnerships that drive measurable improvements in access, experience, and outcomes. This is not a typical outreach role. It is about restoring trust in healthcare, driving value-based results, and building a nationally scalable model of presence-based care.]

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of CINQCARE’s national community engagement strategy, ensuring trust-based, presence-driven care across high-need markets.
  • Supervise and support regional Community Engagement Managers and field teams across identified states.
  • Build scalable training, playbooks, workflows, and resource toolkits—including job descriptions, staffing models, and local partner networks—to codify the trust-based model for replication.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate field insights and trust signals into CINQIQ, supporting care coordination, predictive outreach, and performance tracking.
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to engagement, outcomes, and cost reduction.
  • Cultivate strategic community partnerships and local activations aligned with CINQCARE’s purpose and presence.
  • Lead the development of a sustainability and expansion blueprint, aligned with ACO REACH and value-based care models.
  • Serve as a national spokesperson and thought leader for CINQCARE’s approach to trust-based engagement.

Required Qualifications

[

  • 10+ years leading community engagement, health equity, or field operations in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit settings.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling field-based programs in complex, underserved environments.
  • Experience overseeing multi-state teams and standardizing strategy with local nuance.
  • Fluency in value-based care models (ACO REACH, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage).
  • Strong command of data for accountability and storytelling, including experience with KPI dashboards and outcome evaluation.
  • Deep credibility with Black, Brown, rural, and marginalized communities and trusted messengers.
