Position Overview
CINQCARE is redefining how health and care are delivered—starting where trust begins: the community. We are seeking a Vice President, Community Strategy and Engagement to lead and scale a culturally rooted, trust-based field engagement model across our highest-need markets. You will oversee regional Community Engagement Managers, build infrastructure to train and support field teams, and activate partnerships that drive measurable improvements in access, experience, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of CINQCARE’s national community engagement strategy, ensuring trust-based, presence-driven care across high-need markets.
- Supervise and support regional Community Engagement Managers and field teams across identified states.
- Build scalable training, playbooks, workflows, and resource toolkits—including job descriptions, staffing models, and local partner networks—to codify the trust-based model for replication.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate field insights and trust signals into CINQIQ, supporting care coordination, predictive outreach, and performance tracking.
- Track and report key performance indicators related to engagement, outcomes, and cost reduction.
- Cultivate strategic community partnerships and local activations aligned with CINQCARE’s purpose and presence.
- Lead the development of a sustainability and expansion blueprint, aligned with ACO REACH and value-based care models.
- Serve as a national spokesperson and thought leader for CINQCARE’s approach to trust-based engagement.
Required Qualifications

- 10+ years leading community engagement, health equity, or field operations in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit settings.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling field-based programs in complex, underserved environments.
- Experience overseeing multi-state teams and standardizing strategy with local nuance.
- Fluency in value-based care models (ACO REACH, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage).
- Strong command of data for accountability and storytelling, including experience with KPI dashboards and outcome evaluation.
- Deep credibility with Black, Brown, rural, and marginalized communities and trusted messengers.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
