We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk / Front Desk Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is based at our warehouse front office and involves a mix of clerical work, vendor coordination, and administrative support for the HR team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Chinese and English), proficient in office tools, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter employee timesheet data into tracking systems
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, drivers, and vendors
- Coordinate with vendors regarding warehouse supplies and procurement
- Assist the HR Manager with onboarding tasks and employee paperwork
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence handling
- Use Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for document management and internal communication
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front desk environment
- Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in administrative, warehouse, or receptionist roles is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
