Job Overview
This is a remote, non-sales intake role. You’ll call warm leads—people who have already expressed interest—and walk them through a brief, structured intake script. There’s no cold calling and no pressure to sell—your job is simply to gather key information and ensure a smooth, positive first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly submitted leads
- Follow a clear script with ~10–15 questions
- Accurately record responses in our CRM
- Notify the team of any high-priority or time-sensitive leads
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable on the phone
- Experience in mortgage, real estate, or call center work is a plus, but not required
