About the Role
RoMac Distribution is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant for our Window Department. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone highly organized and friendly.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Answer phones and handle inquiries
Process orders and service requests in BisTrack
Order parts for service and warranty jobs
Perform data entry and internal documentation
Collaborate with team members
Use Google Suite for daily tasks
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service experience
Organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Google Suite
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
