Job Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and financial planning while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial stability.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support organizational growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Full/Part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a finance team.
