Job description

A Little Bit About Us

n3 Hub develops its own Customer Data Platform (CDP), which is deployed in a range of enterprises across Australia and NZ. Our CDP brings together data silos from across the organisation into a single customer view that can be easily segmented and shared with a variety of marketing platforms to power relevant and timely customer experiences. We also develop a range of novel digital customer experience solutions for our clients to meet their unique requirements. n3 Hub also provides Marketing Operations services to our enterprise clients. Our expert team of marketing automation and data specialists partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high quality, data-driven customer communications.

About the Role

In this role, you will play an important part in bringing digital projects to life for customers across New Zealand. Working closely with clients and our internal teams, you will help shape project requirements, keep delivery on track, and ensure solutions are delivered smoothly and successfully.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a technical mindset, enjoys building strong relationships, staying organised, and working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where no two projects are the same. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for this role to be four days per week. School hours over five days may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for project delivery, remaining closely engaged in the detail of assigned projects, including requirements, ticket progress, dependencies, solution outcomes and acceptance criteria, to ensure delivery aligns with business and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders and the delivery team to gather requirements, clarify needs and support well-informed project decisions.
  • Work alongside the Platform Team and the Service Delivery team to support the planning and organisation of project activity, including schedules, resources, budgets and key dependencies, and support the administration requirements of the CDP and of our Information Security Management System.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or roadblocks early, and help coordinate solutions to keep delivery on course.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation so stakeholders have visibility of plans, updates and next steps.
  • Coordinate and support internal platform initiatives and improvement projects, working with the Platform Operations and Delivery Manager and our wider team to help deliver strategic roadmap objectives, manage priorities, and drive successful implementation of platform enhancements.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and aligned to agreed requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Some experience working with a CRM, CDP, marketing automation platform or comparable enterprise system.
  • Experience coordinating updates to workflows, automation, data structures, business rules, permissions or integrations.
  • Confidence understanding how technical solutions fit together, investigating issues and recognising when specialist engineering input is needed.
  • A Project Coordinator background, with experience in project management or a similar role, supporting delivery in a corporate environment and has had exposure to IT or software development environments.
  • Confidence gathering requirements, keeping project documentation up to date, and helping teams stay organised and on track.
  • Exposure to agile ways of working, with relevant qualifications or practical experience in Scrum, Product Owner responsibilities or agile delivery.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills, ideally gained in digital, CRM or enterprise technology environments.
  • Exposure to working within a regulated or security-focused organisation. Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ownership mindset.

What We Can Offer You:

  • A flexible, hybrid working model.
  • A supportive and collaborative environment and plenty of workplace activities to get involved in.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Modern Ponsonby office with a relaxed, open-plan setup.
  • Dog-friendly workplace, close to cafes and local amenities.

This contract is for a 12-month period.
