[0580] Sales Support Coordinator - Hybrid / AMK/ 5 days/ $3.5k

• Working Days: 4 days in the office (Tuesday - Friday), 1 day work from home (Monday)
• Working Timing: 8.30am to 5pm
• Salary Range: $ 3300 to $ 3500
• Address: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on the delivery schedule.
• Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Communicate with freight forwarders / courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import and export shipment. Source for the best freight and transport rates.
• Coordinator with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handling Country Market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements

• Minimum O Level.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.
