Job Description:

Shape how technology reaches the world.

Who we are

Technology moves fast. So do we.

At Ingram Micro, we help businesses grow through technology. Together with HPE, we’re helping partners build what’s next across AI, cloud, networking, and infrastructure.

This is not a place where you sit on the sidelines. You’ll work with people across countries, partners, and technologies while helping shape one of our biggest global partnerships.

How our team works

The HPE team moves quickly, works closely together, and spends a lot of time helping partners solve real business challenges.

No two days look exactly the same. One moment you’re helping a partner grow their cloud business, the next you’re working with marketing or technical teams on a new opportunity.

People who enjoy ownership, visibility, and building relationships will thrive here.

Our values in action

We like people who bring ideas, energy, and curiosity.

You don’t need to have every answer on day one. What matters most is being proactive, collaborative, and willing to keep learning. Around here, people grow by getting involved, speaking up, and taking opportunities when they appear.

What you will do

  • Grow HPE partner relationships and business opportunities
  • Responsible for driving HPE Networking GTM strategy, partner development and revenue growth across SMB and Commercial segments.
  • Own the distributor-level business plan, including portfolio growth, partner activation, sales enablement and pipeline development.
  • Work closely with HPE, resellers, sales teams and internal functions to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Focus on business development and commercial growth, while working with Product Management and Operations teams on pricing, inventory, supply and product lifecycle matters.
  • Track business performance and provide regular updates on revenue, pipeline, margin, partner growth and key initiatives.
  • Use insights and market data to support smart business decisions
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and strengthen HPE Networking positioning.
  • Joint business planning and business engagement with HPE, including quarterly priorities, programs, incentives.

What you bring to the role

  • Experience in business development, sales, channel management or IT distribution.
  • Basic knowledge of HPE, networking and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial and business development mindset.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, pipeline and revenue.
  • Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Your growth with us

At Ingram Micro, growth comes through visibility, collaboration, and taking initiative. You’ll work with global teams, partner directly with HPE, and help shape one of our most strategic technology partnerships. Let’s shape tomorrow.
