Customer Service Officer (Frontline) (1 Year Contract) (Insurance)#NKC

Handle walk-in enquiries and requests from policyholders, representatives and business partners on insurance-related matters.

Follow up on unresolved cases and customer requests within the required timeframe.

Manage customer feedback, appeals and complaints professionally.

Provide accurate information and deliver a positive customer service experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Identify and escalate potential risks or issues when required.

Support other customer service channels and service centres when needed.

Assist with projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
