E-commerce Operations Executive

Salary: From S$3,200-$4,000/month

Location: Singapore

Work arrangement: Full-time · 4 days in office + 1 WFH day

About EasyMane

EasyMane is a growing Singapore-based e-commerce company helping men deal with hair loss through realistic, practical and easy-to-use hair systems.

We're a small team, which means everyone plays an important role. We work hard, help each other out and care deeply about giving our customers a great product and experience.

We're looking for an Operations Executive who wants to grow with us and eventually take ownership of EasyMane's day-to-day operations.

This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll work directly with the founder, learn different parts of the business and gradually take on more responsibility as the company grows.

What You'll Do

You'll initially help manage:

• Customer enquiries and after-sales support
• Checking incoming hair systems for quality, specifications and customer requirements
• Inventory and stock management
• Coordinating orders with our hairstylist
• Checking completed orders before shipment
• Packing orders and arranging courier collections
• Returns, exchanges and other customer issues
• General administrative and operational tasks

As you become more familiar with the business, you'll also help us:

• Improve and document our operational processes
• Create better systems and workflows
• Identify problems and figure out solutions
• Train and manage new team members as we grow
• Take ownership of EasyMane's daily operations

We're a small and growing company, so occasionally we'll need everyone to help outside their usual responsibilities. That could mean helping us film content, posting a video on social media or simply figuring out something we've never done before.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in e-commerce or hair systems is not required. We'll teach you what you need to know.

We're more interested in finding someone who:

• Genuinely cares about customers
• Is responsible and dependable
• Learns quickly and adapts well
• Is resourceful and can figure things out independently
• Is willing to work hard and get their hands dirty
• Doesn't have a "that's not my job" mentality
• Wants to take on more responsibility as they grow
• Is comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and other online channels

Ideally, you'll have some working experience, but you do not need previous management experience. We're happy to train someone with the right attitude and potential.

As an online business, some flexibility to respond to straightforward customer enquiries outside regular working hours will also be required. We don't expect you to be glued to your phone 24/7.

Where This Role Can Go

We're not looking for someone to simply pack orders and answer messages.

Our goal is to find someone who can eventually run EasyMane's day-to-day operations, build operational workflows and help us build and manage a team as the company grows.

You'll start as an Operations Executive, but there is room to grow into Operations Manager and potentially Head of Operations.

As your responsibilities grow and the company grows, we want your career and compensation to grow with it.
