• Sourcing and reaching out to candidates for the healthcare industry
• Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Be responsible for first-round phone screenings and to assess candidate suitability
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Guiding new hires through onboarding and contract signing
• Keeping the team's operations smooth and responsive
