Location: Bedok / Bukit Timah
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HR operations across multiple preschool centres. Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding activities to support timely and effective staffing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals and related HR administration in accordance with applicable MOM requirements.
- Administer employment contracts, attendance, leave, employee records and other HR operational matters.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate First Aid, ECC and other relevant mandatory training, and monitor training and certification validity.
- Manage employee relations, benefits, performance management and general HR matters. Develop, review and improve HR SOPs, recruitment procedures, employee handbooks and internal HR policies.
- Provide HR guidance and support to centre management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable MOM requirements, the Employment Act, ECDA requirements and company policies.
- Maintain appropriate HR documentation and support internal audits or regulatory requirements where necessary.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Singapore HR operations and knowledge of applicable employment regulations will be an advantage.
- Experience in preschool, education or multi-site HR operations will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MOM requirements, the Employment Act, work pass processes and applicable ECDA requirements.
- Able to independently manage recruitment, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with good communication, coordination, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Additional language proficiency relevant to the operational requirements of the role will be an advantage.
