IT Technical Support Engineer (CCTV & Access Control)

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite for CCTV, biometric, access control, and security systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, access control, biometric devices, and related networking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
• Perform system testing, product validation, and quality checks before deployment.
• Assist with system installation, commissioning, and project implementation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide user training to customers after installation.
• Support customers by providing timely technical advice and effective solutions.
• Recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on customers' requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and installation records.
• Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and product developments.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or security systems.
• Experience with CCTV, biometric, or access control systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP configuration, routers, switches, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiar with security brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, TP-Link, or equivalent.
• Experience in system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
