School ICT Support Personnel

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Contract Period: 4 Jan 2027 to 31 December 2027

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
• Friday: 7.30am to 4.00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for school operations, assemblies, examinations and events.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot ICT and AV equipment, including laptops, iPads, projectors, display screens, microphones and speakers.
• Prepare and maintain shared student devices, charging carts and related accessories for classroom use.
• Support e-examinations and digital assessments by configuring devices, peripherals and audio equipment.
• Provide on-site ICT and AV support before, during and after school programmes and activities.
• Take photographs and videos during school events.
• Edit photographs and videos, create highlight videos and prepare multimedia presentations.
• Assist with ICT asset stocktaking, inventory management and basic equipment maintenance.
• Support the school’s ICT initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in ICT technical support, AV operations or a related position.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting for laptops, mobile devices, projectors, audio systems and internet connectivity.
• Basic photography and video creation or editing skills.
• Comfortable handling and moving ICT and AV equipment when required.
• Able to communicate effectively with school staff and provide timely technical assistance.
• Candidates should be prepared to complete practical assessments covering basic ICT troubleshooting, photography and video creation during the interview
