Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Monthly Salary: UP to $5500 (Negotiable)

Working Address: West Area

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Our client is a premium Japanese food and beverage company, supplying high-end Japanese restaurants, hotels and bars. The role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with clients through a relationship-driven sales approach.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales & Client Support

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for hotel and restaurant clients, in Japanese and
• English
• Introduce products and propose seasonal items to clients
• Accompany the sales team on client visits when needed
• Handle enquiries and follow up on client requests

Administration & Operations

• Process orders and prepare invoices
• Arrange deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse
• Monitor inventory levels and incoming shipments
• Prepare basic import-related document

Qualification and

Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese, as the role involves daily communication with
• Japanese-speaking chefs, restaurant owners and suppliers
• Proficiency in English for day-to-day communication with clients and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Interest in the F&B industry

Preferred Experience

• Restaurant or hospitality service experience
• Administrative experience at a food trading or logistics company
• Experience in coordination or customer support roles
• Responsive and quick to follow up
• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Communicates flexibly with chefs and restaurant teams
• Balances accuracy with flexibility
