Senior Operations Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee daily workflow coordination, resolve operational issues and support timely fulfilment of customer shipping requirements.

• Coordinate daily activities between administrative teams, warehouse teams and external parties.

• Prioritise workloads, including urgent shipments, to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Support the supervisor in daily operational decisions and resolving workflow issues.
• Communicate with customers through email, Microsoft Teams and telephone to clarify and fulfil their requirements.
• Verify customer shipping requirements and shipping modes.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
