Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time
The right part-time job can be the start of something bigger. As a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, confidence, and independence. We're looking for caring people who want meaningful work that fits around school, family, or another commitment and who may be starting a career helping others
Starting Pay: $19.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Options Full-TimeLocation: Black Jack, MO

What You'll Do
Help individuals with everyday routines, meals, and personal care
Administer medications after completing required training and certification
Encourage independence and life skills, such as cooking, budgeting, and self-care
Join individuals for outings, errands, and community activities
Record daily notes and follow each person's support plan
Build trusting relationships and be a steady presence individuals can count on
Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience
Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
Reliable, insured vehicle
Able to pass required background checks
Caregiving, CNA, childcare, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required
