Lynden Incorporated is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join our SeaTac-based legal team. In this role, you will manage contract lifecycle processes, coordinate contract administration, maintain legal files, and track legal matters from intake through completion. This position is not safety sensitive.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle using our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.

Prepare agreements for signature; coordinate intake and template requests; review and revise agreements using approved templates and attorney guidance; track contractual obligations; and provide deadline reminders.

Maintain the company’s legal calendar and develop a comprehensive dashboard to track open matters, including litigation, discovery, research items, and department projects.

Coordinate the intake and management of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitor the legal notice mailbox and email for timely routing and follow-up.

Organize legal files and support legal matter management from intake through completion, including discovery requests, litigation support, legal research deliverables, and permitting.

Create and maintain forms, templates, SOPs, and workflow tools to streamline legal operations.

Build and maintain user-friendly SharePoint sites.

Support the administration of the company’s records retention program by coordinating updates, tracking retention requirements, and helping business partners implement records management practices.

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, Lynden companies, and cross-functional business partners.

What We Need from You (required)

Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or a related field.

Four years of experience in contract administration, including hands-on use of contract lifecycle management processes or CLM systems.

Two years of experience managing legal files, legal matters, or comparable case and records documentation.

What Would Be Nice to Bring (preferred)

Paralegal certificate or certification preferred.

Project management or contract management certification preferred.

Your Schedule

We offer a flexible start window between 7:00am and 8:00am Monday – Friday.

To support team coordination, you are expected to begin work at the same selected time each day.

After completing training, you will work a hybrid schedule with four days onsite at our SeaTac, WA office and one day remote each week.
