Mainframe Operator (Incident Manager)

We are seeking a Mainframe Operator to function as a Level 1 Incident Manager for critical incidents/events relating to various IT technologies. This candidate will be responsible for quickly creating, escalating, triaging, and tracking customer technology-related incidents.
