Marketing and Social Content Assistant

This role splits time between supporting Cleobella's creator and affiliate partnership programming and executing day-to-day social content. It's a hybrid role built for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both the revenue side of influencer/affiliate marketing and hands-on social execution, with a clear growth path into a dedicated creator/partnerships or social role as the team scales.

This role splits time between supporting Cleobella's creator and affiliate partnership programming and executing day-to-day social content. It's a hybrid role built for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both the revenue side of influencer/affiliate marketing and hands-on social execution, with a clear growth path into a dedicated creator/partnerships or social role as the team scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creator & Affiliate Support (~50%)

• Support day-to-day management of creator and affiliate programs across ShopMy, LTK, and Impact, including outreach tracking, seeding logistics, and content collection from partners.

• Help maintain the creator/affiliate content pipeline — receiving, organizing, and prepping partner-sourced content for use across brand channels.

• Support coordination on influencer partnership campaigns from outreach through content delivery and shipments.

Social Execution (~50%)

• Schedule and publish organic social content across all brand channels per the monthly content calendar (target cadence: 4–5 days/week).

• Curate and adapt partner/creator-sourced content for brand channels, ensuring voice and visual consistency.

• Handle community management basics — comments, DMs, light community engagement.

• Flag content gaps or scheduling conflicts to leadership proactively.

• Photoshoot assistance - on site assistance and filming BTS

• Sample coordination, steaming, working with production to prep samples in time for shoot. Returning samples to production.

• Event support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate/partner marketing (internship experience welcome).

• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and content management/scheduling tools.

• Detail-oriented and organized — this role touches a lot of moving pieces across partners and channels.

• An eye for brand voice and visual consistency; bonus if you have a genuine affinity for artisan, bohemian, or lifestyle brands.

• Interest in growing toward a dedicated creator/partnerships or social strategy role.

• Ambitious, eager to work, eager to learn. Proactive. Ready to roll sleeves up

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Consistently reliable day-to-day support on creator/affiliate program management

• Social content cadence is consistent with strong focus around usage of partner-sourced content.

• Within 6–12 months, growing scope on the creator/affiliate side as programs scale.
