PART-TIME BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Reynolds Subaru – Lyme, CT

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated person to join our team as a Part-Time Business Development Representative (BDC).

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a positive team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers by phone, text, and email
• Help customers schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming maintenance
• Answer basic questions and assist with appointment needs
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Work closely with our Service Advisors and Service Department
• Help create an excellent customer experience from the very first contact

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
• Dependable and organized
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!

PART-TIME HOURS

Flexible part-time scheduling available. Possible full-time hours available in the future

Automotive experience is NOT required.
