As an Activities Director, you will: • Develop, lead, and encourage participation in fun and enriching activities • Plan community outings for the patients and residents • Build and lead the activities team including assistants, volunteers, and students Qualifications for an Activities Director: • High school diploma or equivalent • Therapeutic recreation specialist certification or eligible activities professional • A valid Virginia driver's license and Virginia CDL driver's license, if applicable • Experience directing individual and group activities (preferred)
