Core Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Managing Partner and team.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Stock kitchen supplies, greet visitors, and manage miscellaneous office support tasks when required.
Marketing & Communications Assistance
- Support the execution of ongoing marketing and communications initiatives during the leave coverage period.
- Draft and edit communications, announcements, newsletters, and blog posts to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist in maintaining social media presence by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and managing content across multiple platforms (5+).
- Engage with community comments and coordinate monthly event invites.
- Provide light graphic design (Canva) for social media and marketing materials.
Content and PR Coordination
- Collaborate on content preparation for marketing channels (social media, email, and internal updates).
- Provide logistical support for press and media coordination.
- Help ensure consistent brand voice across all communications.
Property Marketing & Advertising
- Create property listings, signage, flyers, and email blasts.
- Coordinate property photography.
- Manage leads generated through LoopNet, document them, and conduct related tenant research.
- Monitor and report on Google and Glassdoor reviews.
Event & Project Coordination
- Assist in coordinating company events (holiday parties, staff dinners, partner lunches, philanthropic events, birthdays, and team outings).
- Manage logistics such as vendor communication, catering, invitations, RSVPs, setup, and timelines.
- Track progress on communications-related projects and ensure timely completion.
Digital Operations & Approvals
- Oversee DocuSign processes: create cover pages, send documents, track completions, and follow up on outstanding approvals.
- Collect in-person signatures from leadership when necessary.
- Store all completed documents in Egnyte and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Coordinate shipment of signed documents.
Egnyte Document & Data Management
- Oversee Egnyte document organization projects.
- Support staff in locating and properly storing files.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct light market or administrative research as requested.
- Support preparation of analytics or status reports for ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative, marketing, or real estate support is preferred.

Pay: $22.22 - $26.75 per hour
