Overview
I am a licensed mental health therapist with a growing practice in court ordered services through the family law system. I seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep the practice running smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This position could start at 10 hours per week but certainly has room for growth if interested!
Duties
- Answer intake calls and provide information regarding our services (co-parenting therapy, supervised parenting time, etc.).
- Email co-parents to let them know that they need to book future appointments.
- Assist parents in booking appointments.
- Assist in organizing internal legal and mental health files - organizing motions, orders, names and contact information of attorneys, etc.
- Follow up with parents regarding missing intake documents.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
