The first studio in the area to offer a mix of Barre, Yoga, Dance, Pilates and HIIT classes all under one roof. We’re passionate about making movement fun, inclusive and empowering. Our goal is to create a space where people of all fitness levels feel welcome and excited to move.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate, engaging, and experienced Barre Instructor to lead effective total body workouts focused on low-impact, isometric movements that lift, tone and burn. This part-time role is ideal for someone who’s confident, passionate about movement, enjoys motivating others, and thrives in a supportive, community-based environment.
Responsibilities:
· Lead high energy, fun and challenging Barre classes that are accessible to all fitness levels
· Cue proper alignment and form, offering modifications and progressions as needed
· Create a motivating atmosphere through music, energy, and connection
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-oriented class experience
· Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to lead with confidence and professionalism
· Represent the studio’s brand and values professionally at all times
· Engage with members and contribute to the overall studio vibe and community
- Collaborate with staff and help promote the studio’s offerings
Requirements:
· Passion for health, fitness and empowering others
· Prior experience in group fitness, barre, or movement is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in front of groups
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
