Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires a passion for food service and guest relations, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Prepare and present breakfast items in an appealing manner, adhering to dietary requirements when necessary.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and addressing any dietary concerns.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the breakfast service.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and smooth operation during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in banquet settings or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
