Shift: 5am-1:30 pm, Weekends are an absolute must.
You will be working in SpringHill Suites kitchen and sometimes the Fairfield in located across the street if they need coverage.
Summary
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be essential in delivering a delightful morning experience for our guests. Your role involves food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Position Duties:
- Ability to maintain a guest comes 1st attitude.
- Ability to adhere to brand standards for setup and display.
- Ability to conduct regular inventories of food and paper goods used for breakfast.
- Ability to prepare breakfast foods needed for the breakfast.
- Ability to maintain stock of breakfast foods during breakfast time.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and replenishment of breakfast area, kitchen and/or pantry area, and mop, wipe down countertops, etc., during and after breakfast hours.
- Ability to always be available by the Breakfast area during open times to restock, help guests, or refill items as needed.
- Ability to ensure countertops and machines are always clean and tidy.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow all state and local laws and have food service certificate within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to report to work on time and as scheduled. Must have reliable transportation to make it to your scheduled shifts.
- Ability to be in proper and clean uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform to our organizational dress code.
- Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
